Our Story
NinjaPanel was founded by Master Meggie Presti, who holds a 5th Dan in Taekwondo and black belts in four other styles of martial arts.
As a lifelong competitor, Master Meggie has been involved in all aspects of tournament production—planning, directing, competing, refereeing, staging, and coordinating. The desire to make the tournament experience better for athletes and directors from start to finish inspired the creation of NinjaPanel.
Far too often, tournaments are riddled with day-of confusion, registration challenges, athletes not knowing where to be or when, event delays, and finishing...very late. For years, we accepted this as "normal." By applying appropriate technology solutions, it no longer has to be.

How NinjaPanel Began
Running a martial arts school in Silicon Valley gave Meggie a close-up view of what thoughtful software could do. After years of seeing tournament directors rely on spreadsheets, paper, and last-minute workarounds, she knew there had to be a better way.
During the pandemic, her husband Craig began building tools to help students stay connected through classes and competition from home. Those early ideas grew into NinjaPanel: a platform for running online and in-person tournaments with less chaos and more confidence.
NinjaPanel is still shaped by the people who use it: athletes, parents, coaches, referees, and tournament directors. We care about competitive martial arts, and we build every feature to help events feel simpler, smoother, and easier to keep on time.
